6. Diabetic Neuropathy

In diabetes, the blood sugar levels of an individual are unstable . Chronic episodes of hypertension can eventually cause nerve injuries, most notably in the feet. Issues such as numbness, tingling, and discomfort in the feet are signs of diabetic neuropathy.

One strategy to fight this illness is to maintain appropriate blood sugar levels. Due to the common numbness in the feet, it is crucial to routinely inspect them for any signs of injury or cuts to prevent infection or additional harm. You can also use diabetic shoes to aid with the discomfort.

The term "Avulsion Fracture" describes the separation of a bone fragment from the surrounding bone. Injuries to the foot, such as these fractures, can happen during athletic activities or other strenuous physical activities. Even after four to six weeks of healing, improper treatment might prolong the discomfort.

 A combination of resting the injured area and applying ice can speed up the healing process. A little plus is that surgical procedures are usually unnecessary for these fractures.
