Return Policy
General Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Diabetic Shoe, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
Please note the following guidelines for general returns:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@diabeticshoe.in or call our toll-free number 0712-2500183 . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued in the mode of Coupon or Gift card. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item free of charge and will promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team to check the availability of the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Gift Cards:
If you decide to return an item and are eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive a Diabetic Shoe gift card instead. The gift card will be issued for the same amount as the returned item and will be valid for a period of one month from the date of issuance.
Please note that gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
