Causes of Cold Feet:

- Diabetes Mellitus: Diabetes can lead to circulation problems, including cold feet, due to high blood sugar levels causing narrowing of arteries and reduced blood supply to tissues.
- Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism can affect metabolism, circulation, and body temperature regulation, leading to cold feet among other symptoms.
Symptoms of Cold Feet:
- Weakness and pain in the hands and feet.
- Sensitivity to cold temperatures.
- Changes in skin color (pale or bluish) when cold or stressed, followed by a numb feeling as you warm up or relieve stress.
