Products listed under the Shop by Brand category are sourced from third-party or partner brands and are fulfilled through external supply channels. Due to the nature of these products and their dependency on brand-specific availability and logistics, a different policy applies compared to inhouse products. Customers are advised to carefully review the following terms before placing an order.

Please note that returns are not applicable on any third-party products. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances. However, exchanges may be allowed, subject strictly to product availability on the website at the time the request is raised.

Exchange requests are dependent on the availability of the required product variant, including size, colour, or any specific option. An exchange will only be processed if the desired replacement product is available in stock at the time of request. Since third-party inventory is dynamic and controlled by external brands, availability may change without prior notice. In cases where the requested size, colour, or variant is not available, the exchange request may not be fulfilled.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with no signs of usage such as sole marks, creasing, scratches, stains, foot impressions, or odor. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box, tags, labels, invoice, and any additional materials or accessories provided at the time of delivery. The packaging must be intact and undamaged, as it is considered an essential part of the product. Any product returned with missing components, damaged packaging, or visible signs of use may be rejected.

All exchange requests must be raised within the applicable policy timeframe and will be processed only after the product is received and successfully passes a quality inspection. Approval of exchanges is subject to verification and compliance with all stated conditions.

With respect to shipping, orders with a total cart value of below ₹1,999 will incur a standard shipping charge of ₹199, which will be applied at the time of checkout. Orders with a cart value of ₹1,999 and above will be eligible for free shipping, subject to serviceable locations and standard delivery terms. Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.

Delivery timelines for third-party products may vary depending on the brand, product type, and delivery location, as these items may be shipped directly by the respective partner brands or through their authorized distribution networks. While efforts are made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics constraints or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
