Please note that returns are not applicable on any third-party products. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with no signs of usage such as sole marks, creasing, scratches, stains, foot impressions, or odor. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box, tags, labels, invoice, and any additional materials or accessories provided at the time of delivery. The packaging must be intact and undamaged, as it is considered an essential part of the product. Any product returned with missing components, damaged packaging, or visible signs of use may be rejected.

All exchange requests must be raised within the applicable policy timeframe and will be processed only after the product is received and successfully passes a quality inspection. Approval of exchanges is subject to verification and compliance with all stated conditions.

With respect to shipping, orders with a total cart value of below ₹1,999 will incur a standard shipping charge of ₹199, which will be applied at the time of checkout. Orders with a cart value of ₹1,999 and above will be eligible for free shipping, subject to serviceable locations and standard delivery terms. Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.
