Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Before making a purchase with Diabetic Shoe, we recommend reading through our comprehensive FAQ to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.

When Will I Receive My Order?

At Diabetic Shoe, our aim is to ship your order within four to five business days of receiving it. Factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and address verification may impact processing times. Most orders are shipped via delivery service agencies, taking approximately 3 to 10 business days to arrive. Delivery times vary based on your location within the country. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Dept. at 0712-2500183 to track your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. To check your order status, visit: order-status

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping email within 3-4 business days, kindly reach out to our customer service at  customerservice@diabeticshoe.in or check your order status here:order-status

Can I Return My Shoes?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Diabetic Shoe, you can return any unworn item within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund (excluding original shipping charges). Please test your new shoes on a soft, carpeted surface as scuffed or worn shoes are not eligible for return. Ensure that your returned shoes include the return form located on the back of the packing slip. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

Please allow sufficient time for your return to reach our facility. We recommend keeping a record of your tracking number for easy monitoring. Once we receive the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card statement.

How Do I Use A Promotion Code?

During checkout, you can apply promotion codes. Please note that we only accept promo codes from our website and not from other vendors. If you encounter any issues with your promo code, ensure that your purchase meets the criteria. If you have a free shipping code, enter your shipping address before applying the promo code. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively and must be entered before payment processing.

What is a Last?

At Diabetic Shoe, we prioritize the Last in our shoe design process. A Last refers to a three-dimensional plastic model that mimics the shape of the foot. It serves as the foundation for leather application and the attachment of outsoles, forming the shoe structure. Multiple Lasts are created to accommodate different foot shapes. We have developed our unique Lasts for both men and women, ensuring our footwear caters to a wide range of foot shapes and conditions. Additionally, our Drew Shoe Lasts are available in various sizes and widths to provide the best possible fit.

How Do I Clean My Shoes?

When cleaning your Diabetic shoes, we recommend testing an inconspicuous area first.

For Full Grain Leather, use a damp cloth and mild soap for cleaning. Apply a cream polish matching the shoe color and let it sit for a few minutes. Buff the shoes with a clean, soft cloth or brush to achieve a shine. Allow the shoes to air dry.

For Suede or Nubuck, lightly brush the material with a soft brush designed specifically for these materials. You can purchase such brushes at your local shoe store. Brushing the material occasionally helps refresh its appearance.

For Mesh shoes, remove dirt and debris using a soft bristle brush. Use a clean cloth and mild soap to gently clean the mesh, then allow the shoes to air dry.

Please note that Diabetic Shoe is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the cleaning process.

How Do I Extend The Life Of My Shoes?

To prolong the lifespan of your Diabetic shoes, we recommend the following:

Store your shoes at room temperature. Avoid storing shoes in a shoe box for extended periods of time. Rotate your shoes and try to wear each pair at least a few days per month. Prolonged storage, especially in humid climates, can cause certain materials to deteriorate.
